President and owner, Jeff Sebor, PE, is an experienced civil engineer familiar with all aspects of design and construction of both public and private projects.  He is committed to safety and the creation of solid infrastructure that will be of lasting value.  A graduate of the University of Dayton’s Civil Engineering program, Sebor has been working in the Dayton area for highly respected construction firms since 1995.
